Abstract:
A solid-phase reaction chip 10 constituted by a rotating body formed by layering a first substrate 100 and a second substrate 20, the chip comprising: an opening 11 for directing a sample fluid to the first substrate 100; a reaction part 13 having an immobilization part 14 at which a bonding material having the ability to specifically bond to a measurement target substance in the sample fluid is immobilized; and a post 15 for forming a gap in which the sample fluid is expanded, the chip having a fluid such as the sample fluid being ejected from the gap in the periphery of the reaction part 13, wherein the periphery of each reaction part 13 comprises at least one apex having an interior angle of 45–170°.
