Provided is a solid phase support by which the recognition site of an antibody for detection can be oriented toward a measurement sample side so that the antibody can be immobilized in a measurement area.
A solid phase support for protein analysis wherein a first antibody is immobilized on the surface of a substrate and a second antibody, said second antibody having an affinity to a substance to be analyzed, is linked to the first antibody via Protein A or Protein G or a variant thereof.
