Abstract:
Provided is a solid-state battery having a solid-state battery laminate provided with a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte interposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, external terminals, being a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal, being provided on opposing side surfaces of the solid-state battery laminate. In at least one electrode layer of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer in said solid-state battery, a terminal contact end including an electrode active material directly contacts the external terminal and the thickness dimension of a non-terminal-contact end in the electrode layer is smaller than the thickness dimension of a central section of said electrode layer.
