Abstract:
Provided is a solid-state battery capable of reducing internal resistance and preventing short-circuiting. This solid-state battery comprises at least one battery constituent unit including a positive electrode layer and a negative electrode layer which are layered with a solid electrolyte layer therebetween. In a planar view, the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer include a central part and an outer edge part surrounding the central part. At least one of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer satisfies the following: 1.05 ≤ (the maximum value of the film thickness of the outer edge part)/(the average film thickness of the central part) < 1.34; and (the average film thickness of the solid electrolyte layer)/(the average film thickness of the central part) > 0.35.
