Abstract:
A solid-state electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a capacitor element including a valve action metal substrate having a first porous part on one main surface of a core section and a second porous part on the other main surface of the core section, a first dielectric layer provided on the surface of the first porous part, a first solid electrolyte layer provided on the first dielectric layer, a first conductive layer provided on the first solid electrolyte layer, a second dielectric layer provided on the surface of the second porous part, a second solid electrolyte layer provided on the second dielectric layer, a first capacitive part composed of the first dielectric layer and the first solid electrolyte layer, and a second capacitive part composed of the second dielectric layer and the second solid electrolyte layer; a negative external electrode electrically connected to the first conductive layer; and a positive external electrode electrically connected to the core section, wherein the first capacitive part is electrically connected to the negative external electrode by means of a negative through-electrode, and the second capacitive part is led out from the same main surface as the first capacitive part by means of a connection part that passes through at least a portion of the solid-state electrolytic capacitor in the thickness direction.
