Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to vary an analog gain for each column while suppressing an increase in surface area and an increase in power consumption. A solid-state image capturing device (1, 1A) according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with: converters (10A to 10D) connected to vertical signal lines (VSL) extending from a pixel array portion (30); a voltage generator (20) which is connected to a plurality of voltage lines and which outputs reference voltages having different reference voltages to each of the plurality of voltage lines; lines (L10 to L31, L20 to L23) connecting the converters and the plurality of voltage lines; and switches (SW0 to SW3) which are provided in the lines, and which switch the voltage line to which each converter is connected to any one of the plurality of voltage lines.
