Abstract:
Provided is a solid-state imaging device that acquires a stereoscopic image, wherein the image is high resolution and false colours are reduced. A colour filter (20) has G filters, R filters, and B filters. Any of these filters corresponds to a pair of phase difference pixels, and a basic array pattern (BP1) which includes each of the G, R and B filters is repeatedly arranged horizontally and vertically. The G filters, which have the highest contribution to luminance information, are arranged along each horizontal (X direction), vertical (Y direction), and diagonal (DL direction and DR direction) line in the pixel array. The R filters and B filters are both arranged on each diagonal line. The number of G filters is greater than the number of R filters and the number of B filters.
