Abstract:
Provided are a solid-state imaging element, an imaging device, and an imaging method that make it possible to acquire a desired image without using a frame memory. A solid-state imaging element that comprises: a sensor part that emits pulses at a frequency that corresponds to the frequency at which photons are received; a counting part that generates image signals by counting the number of signals emitted from the sensor part; and a processing part that performs prescribed processing on a count value that is obtained at acquisition of a first image signal. The counting part generates a third image signal by combining a second image signal and a value that is obtained as a result of the prescribed processing being performed on the count value that is obtained at acquisition of the first image signal.
