Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to improve signal quality in a solid-state imaging element that detects an address event. In this solid-state imaging element aperture pixels and light-blocking pixels are arranged. In this solid-state imaging element the aperture pixels detect whether the amount of change in the amount of incident light exceeds a prescribed threshold value, and output a detection signal indicating the detection result. In the solid-state imaging element the light-blocking pixels output a correction signal in accordance with the amount of noise generated in the aperture pixels which have detected whether the amount of change in the amount of incident light exceeds a prescribed threshold value, and have output a detection signal indicating the detection result.
