Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of photoelectricity, and in particular to a solid-state perovskite cluster and a preparation method therefor, and a photoelectric device. The preparation method for the solid-state perovskite cluster comprises the steps of: preparing an organic carboxylic acid, an organic amine ligand, and a perovskite raw material into a precursor solution; mixing the precursor solution with an anti-solvent to obtain a surface-passivated perovskite cluster solution; and adding a shell-forming substance into the perovskite cluster solution, forming a shell layer on the surface of a perovskite cluster, and separating to obtain the solid-state perovskite cluster of a core-shell structure. According to the preparation method for the solid-state perovskite cluster of the present application, the organic carboxylic acid and the organic amine ligand are added into the precursor solution, and the shell layer is formed on the surface of the perovskite cluster, such that the perovskite cluster can be separated and separated out in a solid state, the perovskite cluster has the stability of resisting external environmental factors such as water and oxygen, and the application prospect of the perovskite cluster in the photoelectric device is improved.
