Abstract:
A solid waste multi-stage treatment device, comprising a vertically-arranged supporting mounting cylinder (16), wherein a plurality of supporting mounting columns (7) are arranged at the lower end of the supporting mounting cylinder (16) at equal angles; a mounting separating plate (14) is horizontally arranged at the upper half end of the inner part of the supporting mounting cylinder (16), and a driving mounting plate (21) is vertically arranged in the middle of the upper end of the mounting separating plate (14); the upper end of the driving mounting plate (21) is connected to the supporting mounting cylinder (16), and feeding holes (18) are provided at the top part of the supporting mounting cylinder (16) at two ends of the driving mounting plate (21). The present device is bidirectionally guided and driven by means of a single-motor, and matches a staggered extruding structure, so that solid waste entering the device is first discharged as waste liquid. By mean of the rotating and crushing structure of a shuttle-type contact surface, the problem in which the waste liquid and solid waste bond due to direct crushing is solved, the materials may be rapidly transferred, the efficiency of material crushing and guiding is improved, professional recycling is facilitated, the crushing precision of the device is high, and later-stage recycling and utilization is facilitated.
