Abstract:
Disclosed is a solid waste treatment and crushing device, comprising a shell (1), a crushing motor (2), a feeding inlet (3), a collecting tank (12) and a base (25). Vertical crushing rollers are coaxially and fixedly mounted on a transmission shaft (10); crushing cylinders are arranged on the outer sides of the crushing rollers to be matched with the crushing rollers. The crushing rollers comprise a first crushing roller (6) and a second crushing roller (7) which are coaxially and integrally arranged. The crushing cylinders comprise a first crushing cylinder (4) and a second crushing cylinder (5); the first crushing cylinder (4) and the second crushing cylinder (5) are respectively and correspondingly matched with the first crushing roller (6) and the second crushing roller (7). The distance between the first crushing cylinder (4) and the first crushing roller (6) is gradually reduced from top to bottom; and the collecting tank (12) is arranged under a screen cloth (11). By arranging two crushing rollers and the crushing cylinders matched with the crushing rollers, the crushing gap for raw materials is gradually reduced from top to bottom such that the raw materials are broken from large to small, thereby speeding up the feeding of solid wastes, avoiding to increase the motor load, and ensring safety and stability of the solid waste crushing.
