Abstract:
A solvent-free three-in-one laminating device based on the double-sided coating of an intermediate layer. An intermediate layer base material roll is unwound on a first unwinding unit; a surface layer base material roll and an inner layer base material roll are respectively unwound on a second unwinding unit and a third unwinding unit; an intermediate layer base material enters a first coating unit for front surface gluing, and an outer layer base material or an inner layer base material is subjected to primary lamination on a first lamination unit to form a double-layer laminated film; the double-layer laminated film enters a second coating unit; the second coating unit is configured to glue the reverse surface of the double-layer laminated film; the outer layer base material or the inner layer base material and the double-layer laminated film are subjected to secondary lamination on a second lamination unit to form a three-layer laminated film of which the intermediate layer base material is double-sided. The present invention can be suitable for the three-in-one lamination process of the double-sided gluing of an intermediate layer base material.
