Abstract:
A sorting device for waste plastic, comprising: a surface treatment unit for treating the surfaces of waste plastic pieces including black-colored waste plastic pieces; an irradiation unit for irradiating the surface-treated waste plastic pieces with light; a reflectance spectrum detection unit for receiving reflected light of the emitted light and detecting the spectrum of the reflected light; a determination unit for determining the materials of the waste plastic pieces on the basis of the spectrum of the reflected light; and a sorting unit for at least sorting the black-colored waste plastic pieces according to material on the basis of the results of the determination.
