A sorting platform, a sorting system and a selecting method, which can be used for sorting goods in a material box, relate to the technical field of warehousing logistics, and aim to solve the problems of a low material-box flow and low selecting efficiency when goods are sorted by using an existing sorting platform. A sorting platform (100) comprises a bearing frame (101) and a transmission mechanism (102) arranged on the bearing frame (101), wherein the transmission mechanism (102) is configured to move a material box on the bearing frame (101), and the transmission mechanism (102) comprises a first sorting line (10) and a second sorting line (20); the first sorting line (10) has a first sorting inlet, a first sorting outlet, and a first selecting position (16) located between the first sorting inlet and the first sorting outlet; the second sorting line (20) has a second sorting inlet, a second sorting outlet, and a second selecting position (26) located between the second sorting inlet and the second sorting outlet; and the first sorting inlet is arranged below the second sorting inlet, the first sorting outlet is arranged above the second sorting outlet, and the first selecting position (16) and the second selecting position (26) are both located on the same side of the bearing frame (101).
