Abstract:
A sorting system of a cascade dry separator, relating to the technical field of material sorting, and comprising a sorting bed (100), a plate turnover device (200), and a backwashing device (300). An unseparated medium coal seam material sorted by the sorting bed (100) is conveyed into the backwashing device (300) by means of a discharging mechanism, and the unseparated medium coal material is reconveyed into the sorting bed (100) by mean of the backwashing device (300) for secondary sorting, such that the waste of the medium coal material is avoided, and the technical problems in the prior art that in the wind power sorting process, under the action of wind and vibration, the material is layered, it is general that a middle part cannot be completely separated, thereby forming a medium coal layer, and a large amount of resources would be wasted due to direct discharge are solved.
