Abstract:
Provided is an SoT module 100 capable of attaining sufficient acoustic pressure in low to moderate acoustic ranges, and applicable in various uses. An SoT module 100 equipped with a flat, plate-shaped piezoelectric complex 105 for generating bending vibrations in response to the application of an AC voltage thereto, elastic bodies 120a, 120b which transmit the vibrations of the piezoelectric complex 105 and have one end thereof adhered to the main surface of the piezoelectric complex 105, and a vibrating plate 130, the main surface of which is adhered to the other end of the elastic bodies 120a, 120b, wherein the piezoelectric complex 105 includes piezoelectric elements 110a, 110b which are formed in a rectangular plate shape, and the center of gravity of the piezoelectric complex 105 is located between the plurality of elastic bodies 120a, 120b.
