The present invention relates to the technical field of acoustics. Disclosed is a sound-emitting component of a headset or a speaker, comprising a bracket, a moving-coil unit and a moving-iron unit; a back side of the bracket is provided with a moving-coil receiving cavity, and the moving-coil unit is provided in the moving-coil receiving cavity; a moving-iron receiving cavity is provided in front of the moving-coil receiving cavity on the bracket, and the moving-iron unit is provided in the moving-iron receiving cavity; and the bracket is further provided with a moving-coil sound hole communicating with the moving-coil unit and a moving-iron sound hole communicating with the moving-iron unit. The present invention effectively combines the moving-coil unit with the moving-iron unit, enhances advantages and avoids disadvantages, thus realizing complementary high and low frequency audio, effectively improving the sound quality of the headset and the speaker, providing a consumer with a more intense stereoscopic impression and impact, and satisfying increasingly demanding audio requirements of the consumer; further, the present invention has a simple structure and a low manufacturing cost, and is convenient to assemble.
