Disclosed are a sound-emitting device and an electronic product comprising the sound-emitting device. The sound-emitting device comprises: a housing; and a magnetic circuit system located in the housing; the magnetic circuit system comprises a side magnetic part and a central magnetic part; the central magnetic part comprises: a support plate located at a middle position; two central magnets located on both sides of the support plate, respectively, the central magnetic part being a central hollow structure; and two groups of vibration components located on both sides of the support plate, respectively, each group of vibration components comprising a diaphragm and a voice coil. The sound-emitting device also comprises a centering structure located on the inner side of the central hollow edge of the central magnetic part, the centering structure comprising two annular frameworks that are connectedly fixed on the central parts of the two diaphragms, respectively, adjacent ends of the two annular frameworks being connectedly fixed to elastic supports, and outer edges of the elastic supports being connectedly fixed on the central magnetic part of the hollow edge. The present invention can reduce the polarization generated by the vibration of a dual diaphragm in a bidirectional sound-emitting device structure, reduce the product distortion, and improve the performance and stability of a product.
