The present invention provides a sound generating device, which comprises a basin frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system; wherein the vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a dome; the diaphragm comprises a vibration part, a folding ring part, a fixing part and a first through hole passing through the vibration part, the basin frame, the diaphragm and the magnetic circuit system jointly enclose a sound generating cavity, and the first through hole communicates with the sound generating cavity; the dome is attached and fixed to the vibration part, and the dome comprises a first body layer attached and fixed to the vibration part, and a second body layer arranged directly opposite to the first body layer as well as an air-permeable spacer sandwiched between the first body layer and the second body layer, the first body layer is provided with a second through hole passing therethrough, the second through hole communicates with the first through hole, and the second body layer is provided with a third through hole passing therethrough, and the third through hole communicates with the second through hole; the air-permeable spacer completely covers the second through hole and the third through hole at the same time. Compared with the related art, the sound generating device of the present invention has good reliability and excellent acoustic performance.
