Abstract:
The present invention provides a sound generation device, comprising a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and a ventilation isolation member. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnet yoke; the diaphragm and the magnet yoke are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the sound generation device; the diaphragm, the magnet yoke and the ventilation isolation member jointly enclose a sound generation inner cavity; the magnet yoke is provided with a leakage hole; the sound generation inner cavity is connected to the outside by means of the leakage hole; the ventilation isolation member is attached and fixed to the magnet yoke and completely covers the leakage hole; the ventilation isolation member matches the magnet yoke in three-dimensional shape and completely covers a side of the magnet yoke away from the diaphragm; and the ventilation isolation member and the magnet yoke are integrally formed in a hot-press forming manner. The present invention provides a loudspeaker box using the sound generation device. The present invention provides an integrated hot-press forming method applied to a sound generation device. Compared with the related art, the sound generation device, the loudspeaker box and the integrated hot-press forming method solve the problem of sound-absorbing particles outside of the sound generation device leaking into the sound generation inner cavity, such that the reliability is improved, and assembly and manufacturing are easy.
