Abstract:
The present utility model provides a sound-producing device, comprising a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system; the vibration system comprises an annular diaphragm, a voice coil, and an outer frame which is annular and is sandwiched and fixed between the diaphragm and a magnetic conductive plate; the magnetic circuit system comprises magnetic yokes, main magnetic steels respectively fixed to the magnetic yokes, secondary magnetic steels surrounding the main magnetic steels, and the magnetic conductive plate; the magnetic conductive plate comprises a magnetic conductive plate body fixed to the main magnetic steels, and magnetic conductive plate side walls extending, in a bending manner, from the periphery of the magnetic conductive plate body to the direction of the magnetic yokes; the diaphragm is arranged surrounding the magnetic conductive plate side walls, the inner peripheral side of the diaphragm is connected to the magnetic conductive plate side walls; the outer frame comprises an annular outer frame body, and outer frame flange portions extending, in a bending manner, from the side of the outer frame body away from the magnetic yokes; the outer frame body is fixed to the inner peripheral side of the diaphragm and is arranged surrounding the magnetic conductive plate side walls, and the outer frame flange portions are fixed to the side of the magnetic conductive plate body away from the magnetic yokes. Compared with the related art, the sound-producing device of the present utility model has a simpler structure and higher reliability.
