The present invention provides a sound producing device, comprising: a housing having an accommodating space and a sound producing unit accommodated in the accommodating space. The sound producing unit comprises a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system having a diaphragm; the housing comprises an upper housing and a lower housing; the lower housing comprises a metal bottom wall, a plurality of lower metal side walls which are formed by bending and extending from the metal bottom wall and are arranged at intervals, and sealing connection members arranged between every two adjacent lower metal side walls; one end of each lower metal side wall close to the upper housing is bent and extends along a vibration direction perpendicular to the diaphragm to form a bent edge, the bent edge and the bottom surface of the corresponding sealing connection member jointly form a sealing surface, and the sealing surface is connected to the upper housing to form a seal. In the sound producing device, the end portions of the metal side walls of the lower housing are bent to form the bent edges to be connected to the upper housing; plastic members are arranged only at four corners; sealing surfaces of the upper housing and the lower housing are formed by means of inward folding; moreover, the size of the plastic part is reduced, thereby increasing the size of a powder filling space.
