Abstract:
A sound production device. The sound production device comprises a frame with an accommodating space, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system accommodated and fixed in the accommodating space. The magnetic circuit system is provided with a magnetic gap; the frame comprises a bottom wall and an annular side wall bending and extending from an edge of the bottom wall; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm fixed to one side of the annular side wall that is away from the bottom wall, a voice coil suspended in the magnetic gap and driving the vibrating diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound, a framework connected between the voice coil and the vibrating diaphragm and supporting the voice coil, and an auxiliary vibrating diaphragm, with two opposite sides of the auxiliary vibrating diaphragm being respectively fixed to the framework and the annular side wall; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic part fixed to the bottom wall and a magnetic bowl covering one side of the magnetic part that is close to the vibrating diaphragm, and the vibrating diaphragm is wound around the periphery of the magnetic bowl and connected to the magnetic bowl; and the vibration system further comprises a conductive terminal integrally formed together with the auxiliary vibrating diaphragm, with one end of the conductive terminal being electrically connected to the voice coil, and the other end of the conductive terminal extending out of the frame so as to be electrically connected to an external circuit. The sound production device can simplify the assembly process and reduce costs.
