Abstract:
Provided is a sound production device, comprising a cone frame, a vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the vibrating system comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic bowl and magnetic steel; the magnetic bowl comprises a magnetic bowl body, a magnetic bowl side wall, and a magnetic bowl extension portion formed in such a manner that same protrudes from the magnetic bowl side wall in the direction approaching the cone frame; the magnetic steel is fixed to the magnetic bowl body, and is arranged spaced apart from the magnetic bowl side wall to form a magnetic gap; the voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap; the magnetic bowl side wall is fixed to the cone frame; the cone frame comprises an annular cone frame body, and a cone frame fixing portion extending from the cone frame body in the direction of the magnetic bowl side wall; and the cone frame fixing portion abuts against both the magnetic bowl side wall and the side of the magnetic bowl extension portion that is close to the vibrating diaphragm, and a fixed connection is formed between the cone frame fixing portion and the magnetic bowl extension portion. Compared with the related art, the sound production device of the present utility model has a simple structure and great strength, can be easily assembled and positioned, and has a high reliability.
