The present invention provides a sound production device, comprising a frame as well as a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are fixedly connected to the frame. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil for driving the diaphragm to vibrate; the diaphragm comprises a dome stacked with the voice coil in the vibration direction of the voice coil and a skeleton located at the periphery of the dome and spaced apart from the dome; the dome comprises a main body portion and a position-limiting portion that extends from the main body portion to the voice coil and is connected to the voice coil; the main body portion has an outer surface facing away from the voice coil and an inner surface facing towards the voice coil; the skeleton comprises a first connection portion and a second connection portion that is connected to the first connection portion in a bending manner; the first connection portion has a first surface and a second surface that are arranged oppositely in a first direction from the outer surface to the inner surface; the first surface is flush with the outer surface; a gap is formed between the main body portion and the first connection portion; the gap is filled with a glue layer to connect the dome to the first connection portion and seal the gap. According to the sound production device of the present invention, the thickness of the sound production device can be reduced.
