Abstract:
In the present invention, an nth-channel compensated decoding sound signal ~X'n is obtained, said sound signal compensating for a high range of an nth-channel refined decoding sound signal ~Xn obtained by implementing a signal process in a time region on a nth-channel decoding sound signal ^Xn, which is a decoding sound signal for each stereo channel obtained by decoding a stereo encoding CS for each frame. In this instance: an nth-channel high-range compensation gain ρn is obtained, said gain being a value for bringing the high-range energy of ~X'n close to the high-range energy of ^Xn for each frame of each channel; and a signal obtained by adding, for each frame of each channel, ~X'n to a signal obtained by multiplying the nth-channel high-range compensation gain ρn by a monaural decoding sound signal obtained by decoding a monaural encoding CM that is different from the stereo encoding CS, or by a high-range component of the signal obtained by up-mixing said monaural decoding sound signal for each channel, is outputted as the nth-channel compensated decoding sound signal.
