Abstract:
A soundness evaluating device (300) evaluates the soundness of a carriage formation comprising a plurality of nodes. An equipment evaluating unit (302) calculates a soundness evaluation value representing the soundness of a terminal node, among the plurality of nodes, for which there is no dependent lower-order node, and a formation evaluating unit (303) acquires dependency information in which a dependency is established between each node of the plurality of nodes, from a dependency database (332). A formation soundness estimating unit (331) of the formation evaluating unit (303) dynamically determines integration processing for integrating the soundness evaluation values of lower-order nodes, for an evaluation target node, in accordance with a magnitude relationship between the soundness evaluation values of the lower-order nodes and each of a plurality of thresholds, and calculates a soundness evaluation value (31) of the evaluation target node by means of the dynamically determined integration processing.
