Abstract:
This soybean curd production device has: a boat-shaped continuous coagulation machine which has an endless conveyor having a plurality of separation blades attached at predetermined intervals on the surface of the conveyor belt, and a coagulation tank through which the separation blades pass and which has a concave cross-sectional shape; and a continuous molding machine which has at least a lower side endless conveying conveyor around which lower cloth is wound, and an upper side endless conveying conveyor around which upper cloth is wound. When viewed from above, the lower side endless conveying conveyor overlaps the coagulation tank so that the lower cloth is positioned below an outlet end of the coagulation tank. The bottom wall of the coagulation tank is formed substantially parallel from the vicinity of an inlet of the coagulation tank toward the outlet end. This makes it possible to deliver a substantially pudding-like soymilk coagulate onto the lower cloth of the continuous molding machine from the continuous coagulation machine without damaging the coagulate while ensuring quantitativity.
