Abstract:
The present invention relates to spandex fiber having improved unwinding property, friction property, and adhesion property to a hot-melt adhesive, and a method for producing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to spandex fiber with improved unwinding property, friction property, and adhesion property to a hot-melt adhesive, which is produced by adding, to a polyurethane-urea solution which is a spinning solution, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a compound, a polymer, and a copolymer, which improve the adhesion to the hot-melt adhesive; and a method for producing the same. The spandex fiber effectively improves irregular ballooning, a tension spike phenomenon, etc., at the time of unwinding the spandex fiber to minimize excessive friction with rollers, guides, etc., and is not affected by other physical properties.
