Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a spatial vertical rotation construction method for a steel structure roof of a large venue, relating to the technical field of construction engineering, and comprising: dividing a steel structure roof into an inner canopy and an outer canopy, a spatial vertical rotation construction method being used for a vertical rotation structure unit in the inner canopy, and the outer canopy being installed using a high-altitude bulk method; after construction of the concrete main body structure of the venue is complete, construction of the outer canopy begins, and a horizontal joint support jig is mounted on an in-site stand structure, a plurality of lifting frames being installed at the core of the site, and the lifting frames being connected using transverse link beams; two vertical rotation hinges are arranged at the connection of the vertical rotation structure units and the outer canopy, two forward pull points are determined on the vertical rotation structure units, and pull point apparatuses are installed; the vertical rotation structure units are lifted in a vertical rotation manner to the designed elevation, the vertical rotation hinges are packaged and welded, and a rod is embedded between the vertical rotation structure units. The present invention improves the construction efficiency and the safety factor of the steel structure roof of a large venue, reduces the amount of aerial work, and ensures the construction quality.
