Abstract:
Provided is a speaker device comprising a vibration device and a diaphragm, wherein the speaker device is excellent in acoustic characteristic and in outward appearance and vibration generated from the vibration device can be efficiently conveyed to the diaphragm. A speaker device 1 is a device that comprises a diaphragm 2 and a vibration device 3 for causing vibration conveyed from the vibration device 3 to be radiated from the diaphragm 2 as sound, wherein the diaphragm 2 is a plate-shaped object having been cut out in round slice from a roundwood and having nearly concentric annual rings and includes a core part 21 at which the center of the annual rings is located and a white zone 22 between the core part 21 and an alburnum part 23 with the entire periphery of the core part 21 enveloped in the white zone 22, and wherein the vibration device 3 is arranged to abut directly or indirectly on the core part 21 and conveys the vibration to the diaphragm 2.
