A speaker and an electronic terminal, comprising a basket provided with an accommodating space, a vibration system fixed on the basket, a magnetic circuit system used for driving the vibration system, and a flexible circuit board used for electrically connecting with the vibration system. The basket comprises a steel ring that encloses the accommodating space and the steel ring is at least partially bent to form a bending portion, the bending portion being at least partially overlappingly arranged and forming a welding portion used for welding with the flexible circuit board. In the present embodiment, the steel ring is at least partially bent to form a bending portion, the bending portion being at least partially overlappingly arranged and forming a welding portion used for welding with the flexible circuit board. Because the welding portion is formed by the at least partial overlapping of the bending portion, the area of the welding surface of the welding portion is therefore larger than the area of a single steel ring in contact with the flexible circuit board, and thus the area that can be welded to the flexible circuit board is increased. Therefore, the flexible circuit board can be stably welded on the steel ring and the rate of dry joints is greatly reduced, thus causing the sound quality of the loudspeaker to be more stable.
