Abstract:
Disclosed is a speaker manufacturing method that includes a step for assembling a magnetic circuit and a frame. The step for assembling the magnetic circuit and the frame ensures planarity of a plate and frame damper adhesive portion by touching the top of the plate and the frame damper adhesive portion to a jig. Also, perpendicularity of a magnetic gap and the frame damper adhesive portion is ensured by touching to the jig an outside circumference surface portion of the magnetic gap plate and an inside circumference surface portion of a yoke. The magnetic circuit and frame are assembled while doing this. This kind of manufacturing method produces an excellent speaker that reduces gap problems regardless of being compact and high-input resistant.
