The present invention provides a speaker, comprising a basket having an accommodation space, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system which are accommodated within the basket. The magnetic circuit system comprises a lower clamping plate, and a first magnet portion and a second magnet portion which are attached to the lower clamping plate, the second magnet portion being provided at two sides of the first magnet portion. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm fixed on the basket, a voice coil supported on one side of the diaphragm close to the magnetic circuit system, and an elastic support member fixed at one end of the voice coil away from the diaphragm, the voice coil is suspended within a magnetic gap, and an air channel is formed between the elastic support member and the diaphragm. The speaker further comprises a damping member fixed on the basket and extending into the air channel, and the damping member is located between the diaphragm and the elastic support member and is spaced apart from the diaphragm, the voice coil and the elastic support member. The speaker of the present invention provides a corresponding damping member in the air channel, so that air damping in the vicinity of the diaphragm is increased, thereby improving the overall tendency of high-frequency response and the frequency response resonant valley due to the split vibration.
