Abstract:
A special bearing with high sealing performance used for a roller comprises a bearing inner ring (100), a bearing outer ring (200), a cage (300) disposed between the bearing inner ring (100) and the bearing outer ring (200), and a plurality of balls (400) disposed between the bearing inner ring (100) and the bearing outer ring (200) and located in ball pockets of the cage (300). The special bearing further comprises a first seal (500) detachably mounted on an outer end surface of the bearing inner ring (100). The first seal (500) extends radially, covers an outer end surface of the bearing outer ring (200), and only minimally contacts with the outer end surface of the bearing outer ring (200). The outer end surface of the bearing is fully sealed by the first seal (500), eliminating the need for a conventional complex high cost seal, avoiding leakage of grease and preventing moisture and dust from entering a working surface of the bearing, thereby ensuring normal operation of the bearing under a range of working conditions.
