Abstract:
Provided is a special carbon nano anti-corrosion paint for sports equipment, composed of the following components: sodium hydroxide, a defoamer, a carbon nano powder, a fluorocarbon resin, an epoxy resin and a polycarbonate, wherein the mass of the sodium hydroxide constitutes 3%-8% of the total mass, the mass of the defoamer constitutes 3%-10% of the total mass, the mass of the carbon nano powder constitutes 20%-30% of the total mass, the mass of the fluorocarbon resin constitutes 20%-40% of the total mass, the mass of the epoxy resin constitutes 30%-40% of the total mass, and the mass of the polycarbonate constitutes 14%-20% of the total mass. The anti-corrosion paint has a simple formula, and by means of a rational adjustment of the proportion of each component, the anti-corrosion paint effectively enhances the corrosion resistance of the surface of sports equipment and further increases the service life of the sports equipment.
