Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of application program development. Provided are a special-effect display method and apparatus, and a terminal device and a storage medium. The method comprises: displaying an audio playback interface (210); and during an audio playback process, dynamically displaying, along with an audio playback progress and in the playback interface, a waveform special effect corresponding to the playback progress, wherein the waveform special effect is used for reflecting the perceived loudness of an audio clip of the playback progress at different frequencies (220). By means of the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present application, the richness of display content in an audio playback interface is improved.
