Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a special effect generation method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The special effect generation method comprises: in response to a special effect instruction, segmenting an image to be processed to obtain multiple layers; acquiring three-dimensional (3D) pose information of a special effect object, and determining, according to the 3D pose information, the blocking relationship between the special effect object and the multiple layers; and rendering the special effect object or the multiple layers according to the blocking relationship to generate a special effect image.
