Abstract:
A special motor for a brush plate of a cleaning device, which relates to the technical field of external rotor motors: an internal stator wherein a winding is provided at a middle portion of a mandrel, which is characterized in that a mandrel at a front and rear side of the internal stator is provided thereon with a front end cover and rear end cover that rotatingly fit with the internal stator; an external rotor having a magnetic tile is provided between the front end cover and the rear end cover, an external portion of the front end cover forming a brush plate that is connected to a fitting surface; the center of the axis of the mandrel is axially provided with a water delivery through-hole, and a motor lead is lead out through the hole from within the mandrel, a lead out end and a water intake end of the water delivery through-hole being located on an end surface of a mounting side of the rear end cover of the mandrel; the solution of the present patent employs an external rotor motor structure, uses the front end cover to mount a brush plate to form a direct drive structure, and reduces the use of a decelerator, which avoids gear transmission, effectively reduces the shape of the motor and improves transmission efficiency, and reduces noise discharge; meanwhile, the motor lead is connected to the outside by means of an internal hole of the mandrel to improve the structural safety of an electrical line; using an axial water delivery through-hole increases the temperature of cleaning water, improves a cleaning effect, improves a motor cooling effect, and improves the efficiency of a motor.
