Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a specimen conveyance device which is able to read an identifier of a sample and with which an increase to the size of the device and a reduction in processing capacity can be inhibited. To address this problem, the present invention is a specimen conveyance device comprising a specimen holder that is provided with a magnetic body for conveyance and holds a specimen container to which an identifier for a specimen is attached, and a plurality of electromagnets that are disposed below a conveyance surface and convey the specimen holder by attracting or repelling the magnetic body for conveyance, wherein the center of magnetic flux of the magnetic body for conveyance is eccentric with respect to the central axis of the specimen container.
