Abstract:
A spectral heating flame-retardant antibacterial multifunctional fiber, comprising, in mass percent, 10-12% of a composite masterbatch with a moisture content of 30-50 ppm and 88-90% of polyethylene glycol terephthalate with a moisture content of 25-30 ppm or a polycaprolactam 6 polymer with a moisture content of 50-70 ppm. The fiber and the fabric thereof have multiple functions, such as spectral heating, and being flame retardant, antibacterial and antiviral. Compared with the existing fabrics, when the fabric is illuminated for 5-10 min, the temperature difference is greater than 15-20°C, the far infrared emissivity is greater than 98%, the radiation temperature rise is greater than 3.0°C, the CLO value is greater than 0.5, the heat transfer coefficient is greater than 18.0 W/(m2•k), the thermal resistance is less than 0.05 (m2•k)/w, and the antibacterial rate for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Pneumobacillus is greater than 99.0%, and the fabric exhibits a relatively good antiviral effect against influenza and coronavirus, with the antiviral activity value being greater than 2.5 and the antiviral activity rate being greater than 99.5%. The technical solution optimizes the spinning and texturing processes, such that the lightweight and protective performance of the clothing fabric are enriched and optimized, which has significant economic and social benefits.
