Abstract:
A spectral sensing-based lighting device management method, an apparatus, and a wearable device. The spectral sensing-based lighting device management method comprises: acquiring ambient light information of a current environment containing a lighting device, the ambient light information at least comprising spectral information of ambient light (S210); and, on the basis of the ambient light information, managing the lighting device (S220). By managing the lighting device at least on basis of the spectral information of the ambient light in the current environment, the lighting device can be flexibly managed without the effects of the fixing position of the lighting device and spatial changes.
