Abstract:
A spectrometry apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a laser emission device, which receives orthogonal codes including a series of bits respectively having a first value and a second value, generates a control signal having a pulse, of a width shorter than that of a bit section, in the bit section corresponding to the bit having the first value from among a series of bits, generates, through a trigger, a pulse laser beam, of a width shorter than that of the bit section, from the pulse included in the control signal, and emits, at a sample, an incident beam including the generated pulse laser beam; and a detector, which receives a detection signal and the orthogonal codes generated from the sample at which the incident beam is emitted, generates, on the basis of the orthogonal codes, an orthogonal code signal having a waveform that is the same as that of the incident beam, and demodulates a Raman signal on the basis of the correlation between the generated orthogonal code signal and the Raman signal included in the detection signal.
