Abstract:
A spectrometry device (1) according to the present embodiment is provided with: a detection objective lens to which signal light from a sample S enters; a slit (41) through which the signal light passes; a wavelength dispersion element that performs wavelength dispersion on the signal light having passed through the slit (41); an optical detector (50) that detects the signal light on which the wavelength dispersion has been performed by the wavelength dispersion element; a scanning means that scans a detection region of the optical detector (50) in the sample; a processing part (51) that generates a spectral image on the basis of the detection signal of the optical detector (50); and an illumination optical system (10) that illuminates the sample from the lateral side of the detection objective lens.
