Abstract:
A speech interaction method and a terminal, which relate to the field of man-machine interaction and by means of which more scenarios can be distinguished and different response modes are given on the basis of different scenarios, thus improving the accuracy of a callee identification result, and enabling a speech system reply to be more natural and intelligent. The method comprises: during a speech interaction process, determining a callee identification result according to one or more of a detected speech signal, text converted from the speech signal, and a result of intent identification of the text, wherein the callee identification result comprises a source, an object, and a topic of the speech signal; and determining a response mode of the speech signal according to the callee identification result and an intent execution result, wherein when the callee identification result and the intent execution result are different, the response modes of the speech signal are different. Also provided are a computer-readable storage medium, a chip system, and a speech interaction system.
