Abstract:
Disclosed is a speed reduction clutch for a washing machine, the speed reduction clutch comprising a housing (1), a brake belt (42), and a brake arm (41), wherein a brake wheel (6) is arranged in the housing (1); the housing (1) is provided with a housing window (111); the brake belt (42) comprises a fixed end (7), a manipulation end (8), and a brake section (9) therebetween; the brake section (9) is located between the housing (1) and the brake wheel (6) and surrounds part of the periphery of the brake wheel (6); the fixed end passes through the housing window (111) to connect with the housing (1); the manipulation end passes through the housing (1) to connect with the brake arm (41); the fixed end comprises a fixed plate (14); the fixed plate is connected with the brake section (9) by means of a bent portion (10); one edge of the housing window (111) is provided with a fixing surface (13) which is nearly planar, and one side of the fixed plate (14) of the fixed end is mounted on the fixing surface in a basic contact fit manner. The speed reduction clutch solves the current problem that it is difficult to ensure the stable connection between a brake belt and a speed reduction clutch housing in the process of violent vibration.
