Abstract:

A spherical crown-type observation window sealing ring replacement apparatus, comprising a flange (21), a window base (22) being mounted on the flange by means of a plurality of O rings (28), a spherical crown-type observation window (23) being mounted on the window base, a pressing ring (24) being mounted by means of a pressing ring rubber gasket (26) and a sealing apparatus on the circumferential surface of the connection point of the spherical crown-type observation window (23) and the window base (22), the pressing ring (24) also being locked to the window base (22) by means of an inner hexagonal bolt (31); a plurality of replacement tools (10) are mounted at intervals in the circumferential direction of the window base (22), comprising a support base (11), a right angle frame (16) extending upward on the rear end of the support base (11), a through hole (17) being disposed on one of the right angle edges of the right angle frame (16), a long bolt (25) being mounted at the through hole (17) to connect same to the window base (22) and the flange (21), being locked by means of a first nut (29), a mounting sleeve extending downward on the bottom of the front end of the support base (11), a screw rod (12) being fitted therein and being secured by means of a second nut (13), a pressing plate (14) being fixed at the bottom of the screw rod (12), and the bottom of the pressing plate (14) being pressed against the spherical crown-type observation window by means of a tool rubber gasket (15). The operation of the present apparatus is reliable, and the replacement method thereof enables convenient assembly and disassembly.
