Abstract:
A spherical iron alloy powder material, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. By means of selecting an Fe and La main body alloy system, and simultaneously adding special alloy spheroidizing, precipitation, and corrosion resistance elements, during an alloy solidification process, an initial alloy melt being rich in Fe and a solid solution possessing a spherical, dispersed, and precipitated phase having spheroidizing and precipitating elements dispersed and precipitated in an La-rich matrix phase are implemented. By means of removing the La-rich matrix phase, a spherical iron alloy powder material having particle sizes ranging from nanometers to tens of microns is obtained. The method has a simple process, can be used for preparing nanoscale, sub-microscale and microscale spherical iron alloy powder materials having different morphologies, and has good application prospects in fields such as powder metallurgy, metal injection molding (MIM), 3D printing, magnetic materials, heat-resistant materials, superalloys, coatings, electrothermal materials, wave-absorbing materials, and magnetofluids.
