A spill prevention apparatus (11), used for assembly on a body (12) of a delivery robot (10), the spill prevention apparatus (11) comprising: a placement assembly (100), the placement assembly (100) being used for placing a vessel; and an articulation assembly (200), the articulation assembly (200) being used for articulating the placement assembly (100) onto the body (12), the articulation assembly (200) comprising a first articulation unit (210) and a second articulation unit (220) which are in rotation connection with one another, the first articulation unit (210) being connected to the body (12), and the second articulation unit (220) being connected to the placement assembly (100).
